Design Services of Florida, LLC is a Residential Interior Design firm. E. Dale Trice, President, is a graduate of the University of Georgia, School of Business. With ten years’ experience in the home furnishings industry as national sales manager for a lighting and wall decor company, Mr. Trice formed Design Services of Georgia in 1985.

During the 1990's, Mr. Trice had an incredible creative relationship with Ruff Hewn designing twelve showrooms throughout the United States including an Adirondack lodge in New York.

In 2003, Design Services expanded its services into the state of Florida, forming Design Services of Florida, Inc. and a retail experience, Design on the Gulf.

The retail store features a 2500 square-foot rug gallery, art, antiques, lighting, mantels, wall decor, upholstery, and gifts. Tina Vital, a graduate of Mississippi State University School of Interior Design, is Design on the Gulf's retail store manager and insures the utmost in customer service.

In 2008, we completed our 712 Gallery.  Host to a 2500 square foot gallery, 2500 square foot office space, and 5000 square foot receiving and storage facility, our design firm is much pleased to have these conveniences available to our clients.

Anna Hancy, a graduate of Auburn University School of Interior Design joined the firm in 2006. Anna is an ASID member and registered interior designer in the state of Florida. We are honored to have Anna's talent a part of the team.

Kati Lockley, a graduate of Mississippi State University School of Interior Design, joined the firm in 2008. Kati interned in Ft. Lauderdale, specializing in commercial, hospitality, and yacht design.  Design Services is ecstatic to have an incredibly talented and detailed interior designer as Kati.

Design Services team works on projects in Alys Beach, Watercolor, Watersound, Seaside, Seagrove, Rosemary Beach, Atlanta, Charlotte, Cincinnati and San Francisco. Whether working on a $300,000 condominium or a $9,000,000 home, the Design Team works efficiently with any budget.
